Shipping

Free shipping from EUR 99. Standard dispatch window: 1-3 business days. Current shipping regions: Germany, Austria, EU on request.

Express rates, bulky-goods handling and international shipping costs still need to be finalized in Shopify and in the legal copy before launch.

Returns

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales. The internal process for returns, inspection, refunds and restocking should be finalized before launch.
